Gameplay & Scheduling - MUST READ

So far in two weeks, guys have done a great job getting games in, but im seeing a couple of trends I want to address before there becomes an issue. I would like owners to review this, and confirm they "get it"
Scheduling - I have started to hear from some owners that their opponents are not responding to them. First let me say, the best way to schedule games is via txt message. If you do not know, there is a CNFLDL contact thread which has almost all the owners phone numbers. Use that early and often. The key is to try and get your game in either day 1 or 2 of our 3 day deadline. Day 3 should be for those owners who just couldnt hook up day 1 or 2.
Gameplay - Ok, im not going to point anyone out yet, but I have received some gameplay complaints. I have not yet approached these owners on it, because I want to address it as a lg first (and feel free to post comments below). One of the major things I have heard is swirving with your RB. Basically what this means is you take your RB and run him backwards. This is cheesy IMO. If you want to jump back, the game has the functionally for it with the right stick.
Another issue that has come up is guys playing man almost 100% of the time. I know Zone is not super effective this madden, but it doesnt mean you only play man.. esp man press. Mix up your defensive gameplay as much as you would offensive gameplay.
Now that I have posted this as a general warning to the lg, if I start getting more complaints I will have to take action. We will not have owners in the lg who can not play a sim style of gameplay. CNFLDL is officially in the "weediing" out process. We will remove owners who dont play a sim style of ball, and who are not good at scheduling games. The question is.. do you want to have wasted a night of drafting for 7:30 hours, or do you want to be in what will be the BEST draft lg on Madden? Ask yourself that....
